Managers can claim back reasonable expenses from the Club. These typically include referees’ fees for competitive football match (U12+) and any league appointed referees and costs of coaching courses. BerkoAstro hire fees, kit and equipment etc., are paid directly by the Club. Any fees other than referees’ fees and coaching course costs should be approved in advance, and must be receipted when claimed. You don’t get reimbursed for match refreshments e.g. oranges, chocolate etc or Match Day trophies
There is a Manager’s Expenses form that can be downloaded below. The completed form should be emailed to the Club Administrator, and will be paid by BACS or cheque.
