The Raiders coaching team is led by Steve McHugh. Jo Williams overseas coaching for the Girls’ section. All Raiders coaching session are run by paid, qualified coaches, using session plans that are developed by our Head Coaches.
In addition to the coaching team, we have 80 Parent Managers, all of whom have completed FA Level 1 In Coaching Football. Raiders managers are encouraged to assist the coaching team at regular sessions, and provide additional coaching for their teams, if they wish to.
